Teams can be used, but if a team get stuck and the other players can think of other movies, each team member must drink the full amount that is given so if the other players think of 10 movies and there are 2 people on the team, each team member must drink 10 times not 5 so choose your teammates carefully.

The game is very simple. Out of the three main characters in the movie, there is one that seems to get himself into the most trouble. That would be "Dignan". It would only seem fitting that you would take a drink every time his name is mentioned, because by the end of the movie you will definetely be in trouble, just like Dignan.
This game originated during a boring summer night between my best friend Amber and I. We would recommend you see the movie sober first, then you may even find different variations to the game. The ultimate goal is to get completely juiced and on the floor laughing by the end of the movie/game. If this game doesn't seem like it's for you, at least check out the movie. We recommend it highly! Enjoy!

If you watch the show at all, you know the lines I mean ("I think we are looking for another kind of shark, the human kind!") I like to take a drink anytime they do a "techno-lab". No dialogue, just music and shots of lab work that always involve a pipette and a centrifuge.
The dark haired woman with the big lips gets all the bad lines on CSI NY, and there is plenty of techno-lab as well.

For a chance of survival: Sit in a random circular formation or work out a rotation, so that players can take turns drinking on the word "Man". Just don't have too many people, or you won't even achieve buzz status.
In addition, drinking at other specified times can provide a little added fun:

-Each reference to a sixer
-Each time Slater says "fuck" and "wasted" in the same sentence
-Each time someone says "Shotgun"

The rules are simple, 3 shot glasses per player full with your choice of poison and 2 or 3 fifths to keep the glasses full because sometimes it can go pretty fast and you can go through a lot in about an hour.
Every time Vic Romano says to Kenny Blankenship "Right you are, Ken" everyone takes a shot. This is just a great show to get drunk to.

You have to watch for certain things, and when a person calls it out, everyone else takes a drink. Needless to say, once you start losing, you're probably gonna keep losing. The things to watch for are:
- Special Zombies (These would be the football player or nurse zombies in Dawn, the naked zombie in Night, or also zombies of important characters)
- Humans fighting Humans (Anytime a non-zombie character gets in a physical confrontation with another non-zombie; this one's a killer in Dawn and Day)
- Human loses a weapon (Pretty self-explanatory)
- Fire is used to frighten/hurt a zombie
- Human gets bitten
- Every time someone in the movie drinks (Anything, not just liquor)
- Any time a character in the movie smokes (This one is *really* a killer in Dawn)
- Anytime a zombie is killed without a gun
These are just a guideline, and you can feel free to change them for your own use.

- Triple = everybody else but you drinks
- Homerun = everybody else but you drinks 3
- Grand Slam = everybody including you drinks 4
You can get creative with some other rare events. The name came from the first attempt at the game where the Padres beat the Rockies 19 to 7. Nuff said.

- One per each add-on appliance that he can attach mentioned (or seen) (double if he mentions an accident with his groinal socket or groinal attachment)
- Drink for each "old android saying"
- Every time he speaks something in binary or hex (e.g. 001100111.... or whatever)
- A drink for each time he offers to kill himself for doing something stupid or as a sacrifice to save the crew
- Drink whenever he enters a mode, such as "smug mode", "lie mode", etc
Holly:
- Drink every time Holly is stupid (this rule can be dangerous...)
- Drink when he/she has troubles with numbers or just with counting
- One drink when Holly uses a pop culture word, like "Dude" and "Oi!"
- Have a drink whenever Holly has to explain something to someone
- One for every reference to his/her IQ, or lack of
- Take a drink whenever Holly pulls a prank on anyone
- Also, drink if Holly actually does something right (I mean something that rare needs celebration)
- A drink whenever Holly's head appears on something other than a TV screen on a wall (i.e. Lister's watch, Kryten's stomach)
Kochanski:

- Double if they do the "hand" signal they specially reserve for Rimmer when annoying him
Talkie Toaster:
- Drink whenever Talkie offers anyone a slice of toast
- Double if he offers any other type of toasted product
- Have a drink when he offers an opinion on something
Important: These rules are not recommended for "White Hole". If you wish to do so, why not just have a bottle each and forget about it. Series I and II are probably better options for these ;-)
Polymorph:
- One drink for each disgusting and/or salivating monster it transforms into
- Also have one when it turns into cute furry animal or toy
- Take a drink each time a member of the crew has a false alarm about what/where the polymorph is
- And Double when they don't notice it and it's right under their noses
Friends: For when you are playing with a group, drink when a fellow fan does the following...
- Drink when ever someone quotes a line (double if they do it along with the character
- Drink continuously whenever someone argues about the rules of this game
- A drink and a cheer for anyone who dressed up in Red Dwarf merchandise (hats, tees, socks, etc)
- And a hearty toast for anyone who actually dressed up like a Red Dwarf crew member
- Drink yet another one when someone spots a continuity error
- One drink per player who is no longer capable of playing, to help make up for them no longer drinking their share
- And hide under the couch if anyone comes dressed like Holly (i.e. no body)!
General:
- Always cheer then drink when they say "Red Dwarf"
- Sing and imbibe continually when the theme song is played or heard in the background (yes, this can include the credits)
- Actually, drink whenever anyone sings (applies to "I'm gonna eat you little fishie" and even the "Ohm" song)
- Drink if something wierd happens
- Drink if something gross happens (applies mostly to Lister)
- One drink for every mention of a small, furry animal or a kipper
- Have drink for each hostile entity they meet that probably wants to kill them (should be some almost every episode)
- Have another if the hostile entity can't shoot straight, allowing the crew to survive against impossible odds
- A Drink for each reference made to the Danish moron (or even just plain old "Petersen")
- Celebrate the usual way when they send up/parody something from another sci-fi show (double if they're spoofing any Star Trek)
Lemming Rule (optional):
- One drink per "smeg", "smegging", etc ('Bodyswap' will get tricky) (Note: Rimmer insult rule also applies for "smeghead", i.e. take 2 drinks if someone insults Rimmer with "Smeghead")
- Have a drink for every "old human saying"
- Double if in reply to an "old cat saying"
- One drink per crude joke
- Drink whenever they crash Starbug
- Have a drink when there is a mention of a practical joked played on someone or one is done to someone (double if done to Rimmer)
-If suicidal, I suppose you could also have a drink for any joke about, or reference to, sex
- And when any member of the crew starts to resemble a smoked kipper you should finish the bottle and go home!
Committee for the Liberation and Integration of Terrifying Organisms and their Rehabilitation Into Society suggests this:
For safety reasons, pick one thing from each category and only use those rules. This may extend the life-span of your game (and yourself) a little. Or just use one category.

For a higher buzz factor, each time Hawkeye, BJ, Trapper, or Blake have a drink, you must down a beer - that's one for each, each time.

You cannot repeat actors or actresses in a movie that was already said. For example, if someone says Joe Pesci in Good Fellas then you cannot say Joe Pesci in Good Fellas again. You can go back to Good Fellas with another actor or actress and you can say Joe Pesci again but you have to name another movie. The buzz factor changes depending on how well you know movies.

With WWF being more popular than ever with the Gen X crowd, more parties are being thrown up around Pay Per View Time. Here's a great drinking game for use at a WWF Pay Per View or Monday Night Raw.
Anyone can play this game. There is no minimum or maximum number of people required. All players sit where they can see the event clearly. The game starts as soon as a wrestler breaks one of the rules (example: use of a steel chair, eye gouge, closed fist punch, etc). The player who yells out "Violation!" is the ONLY one in the group who doesn't have to drink. Each penalty is different for each broken rule:
- Hitting the referee - Every one takes 3 shots
- Steel Chair - Everyone takes 2 shots
- Feet on the ropes - Everyone takes 2 shots
- Grabbing the tights - Everyone takes 2 shots
- Closed Fist - Everyone must take 2 shots
- Choking - 1 shot
- Eye Gouging - 1 shot
- Outside interference- everyone must finish their beer
- Hair pulling - swig of beer
If one of the wrestlers hits another wrestler with a championship belt, whoever calls VIOLATION will either be allowed to remove himself from the game OR will be allowed to change the drinking requirements for each penalty.
If someone calls Violation, and it is unanimously agreed that there was no violation, the caller has to finish his beer.
For Monday Night Raw: The game is over when the show ends.
For a PPV: The game is over when the French/Spanish announce table gets broken

The rules are X-tremely simple. Watch either X-Men movie. Any time you hear a code name or see an X (there are tons of them), take a drink. If you're a really good drinker, watch both movies right in a row.
